ASX Announcement – Change of Company Name and ASX Code

XTEK Limited (ASX:XTE, ‘XTEK’, ‘Group’) is pleased to announce that following Shareholder approval at the XTEK Limited Annual General Meeting, held on Thursday 23 November 2023, the change of name of the Company from XTEK Limited to HighCom Limited has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

The effective date for the change of Company name and code on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) will be from the commencement of trading on Thursday 30 November 2023

The following changes will be implemented by the ASX:

Change of name to HighCom Limited
Change of ASX Code to HCL

Included is the Company’s Constitution which has been amended to reflect the name change to HighCom Limited
