ASX Announcement – HighCom Limited receives A$9.81m C-UAS Order from Defence

HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) (HighCom or the Company) is pleased to advise that its wholly owned
subsidiary, HighCom Technology, has received a new A$9.81 million incl GST (A$8.99 million ex GST),
Counter Small Uncrewed Aerial System (C-UAS) contract from the Australian Department of Defence
(Defence).
The contract represents HighCom Technology’s first major order in the C‑UAS domain. Under the agreement,
HighCom Technology, in partnership with MyDefence AS will supply C‑UAS products along with associated
delivery and support services.
The contracted product delivery and receipt of the associated payment are expected to occur by June 2026.
The award further strengthens HighCom Technology’s role in the C-UAS market, providing new capabilities,
advanced defence technologies and lifecycle support to Defence customers.

Defence sector.

HighCom Armor Systems. HighCom Armor Systems designs and manufactures specialist lightweight ballistic
protection solutions, including its proprietary XTclave technology, supporting the Company’s mission to
‘protect first and front‑line responders’.
