ASX Announcement – XTclave Now Running at Commercial Loads – Three more Plates Independently Tested to US Std NIJ 0101.07

• Successful independent third-party testing was achieved for three additional XTclave™ plates across
  multiple threat levels

Overview
HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) (HighCom or the Company) is pleased to announce a series of significant
advancements across its next-generation ballistic armour portfolio, including certification progress to the
new NIJ 0101.07 standard, successful independent testing of additional plate models, and international
program validation.

The Company’s first NIJ 0101.07 (the new baseline standard for the United States) compliant plate has now
been formally added to the NIJ Certified Products List (CPL), marking a key milestone in the
commercialisation of HighCom’s latest lightweight rifle protection solutions. The CPL establishes which
armour products meet the US Government’s rigorous Federal performance requirements, ensuring that high
product quality and performance standards are maintained, and thus setting the standards for Federal and
State buying Agencies.

• Product and Certification Update
  HighCom continues to expand its NIJ 0101.07 product offering with multiple plates progressing through
  testing and certification:
• The RF1 standalone lightweight plate delivers rifle-rated protection with minimal reduction in
  operator mobility
• Six additional plate submissions are currently under NIJ review for future CPL inclusion

In addition, HighCom has successfully completed  independent third-party laboratory testing for three new plates:

• 4S20M (RF3) – Lightweight enhanced rifle protection
• 3S22M (RF2) – Lightweight protection against green-tip and similar threats
• 3I12M ICW IRIS (RF1) – designed to integrate with soft armour, and featuring improved ergonomic
  design

The IRIS platform incorporates complex curvature geometry, enabling improved protection and comfort for
female users. These geometries are made possible using HighCom’s proprietary XTclave™ process.

International Program Validation
HighCom has also successfully completed testing to the Brazilian SENASP standard for its BRS21M plate,
supporting a large-scale program opportunity.

XTclave™ Manufacturing Advantage
All newly validated products are manufactured using HighCom’s proprietary XTclave™ technology, an
advanced composite and ceramic consolidation process that:

• Improves material consolidation and ballistic consistency
• Enables lightweight, high-performance armour designs
• Supports complex geometries such as the IRIS platform for female form, as well as applications on
  vehicles, vessels and aerial platforms
• Allows scale & efficiently to meet increasing global product demand

The continued expansion of XTclave™ production capacity positions HighCom to efficiently deliver growing
volumes of next-generation armour solutions across military, law enforcement, and international markets.

Outlook
With certification progress underway and multiple products validated to the NIJ 0101.07 standard, HighCom
is well-positioned to support customers transitioning to the new standard and to address demand for
lightweight, high-performance ballistic protection.
The Company expects continued momentum throughout calendar 2026 as additional products progress
through certification and enter commercial production.
