New HighCom Armor Partnership
HighCom Armor is pleased to announce its partnership with Bodd Technologies Pty Ltd in an innovative collaboration that is transforming the design and fitting of body armour for both individuals and groups. By integrating Bodd’s advanced body measurement and sizing technology with our leading expertise in armour design and manufacturing, this partnership enhances our offerings in contract tenders by providing first responder agencies and military organisations with superior fit, comfort, and protection for their personnel.
International Contract Shortlisting
In parallel, HighCom Armor has advanced to the final selection phase for a major international agency’s global body armour program following successful completion of both technical and pricing evaluations. The proposed framework would involve the supply of modular vests and hard armour plates to peacekeeping, humanitarian, and field security personnel deployed worldwide. An award under this program would position HighCom as a preferred global supplier, with the initial delivery phase expected to commence by Q4 FY26 if selected.
Technology
HighCom Technology is pleased to announce the execution of a reseller agreement with MyDefence, a Danish defence company. The Counter Uncrewed Aerial Systems (CUAS) product line from MyDefence has demonstrated operational effectiveness in Ukraine and other conflict environments, including dismounted, vehicle-mounted, and perimeter applications. This agreement formalises our partnership following the initial CUAS sale announced in May 2025, as part of the Australian Defence Forces (ADF) interim dismounted CUAS capability. HighCom Technology anticipates successful results from the ADF’s testing and evaluation of these products.
Following HighCom’s successful participation at INDO PACIFIC 2025, the company is pleased to announce the ongoing strengthening of its collaboration with AeroVironment (AV). The partnership now extends beyond SUAS and MUAS to include AV’s Tomahawk Kenesis. This Command and Control Human-Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) program enables warfighters to deploy and manage robotic formations efficiently and at scale. With this expanded AV product portfolio, HighCom recognises significant opportunities to support Defence by providing advanced small and medium uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) integrated with a common controller that also accommodates ground robotics. These offerings are expected to enhance Australia’s defence capabilities and sustain its technological edge.
Outlook
The combination of expanded U.S. procurement access and international growth opportunities underscores HighCom’s accelerating transition from niche supplier to globally recognised armour manufacturer and technology integrator. These initiatives are expected to strengthen long-term sales pipelines, improve earnings visibility, and enhance the Company’s international profile. HighCom will provide further updates in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations as milestones are achieved.
HighCom’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Todd Ashurst, commented:
“HighCom is pleased to announce several significant achievements marking a major expansion in both U.S. and international markets.
