ASX Announcement – Counter Drone Systems contract with New Zealand Defence Force

Key highlights

• HighCom Technology signs a NZ$1.96 million contract for the supply of Counter Drone systems to
  the New Zealand Defence Force, following on from the recent A$8.9m ADF CUAS order.
• HighCom continues the build-out of its unique, regional CUAS capability set.
• HighCom to establish a regional CUAS Centre of Excellence to support this growing, regional
  defence capability.

HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) (HighCom or the Company) is pleased to advise that its wholly owned
subsidiary, HighCom Technology Pty Ltd, has signed a contract for supply and support of Counter Drone
Systems to the New Zealand Defence Force. The contract, valued at NZ$1.96 million (AUD $1.63 million1),
includes the supply of MyDefence counter-drone system, spares and training support and is expected to be
delivered in FY27.

Mr Bede Galvin, HighCom Technology’s President, commented, “We are delighted to be selected as the

supplying and supporting equipment to the Australian Defence Force. This order continues the build-out of our
