ASX Announcement – AUD$1.41 million Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems Spares Order

HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) (HighCom or the Company) is pleased to advise that its wholly owned
subsidiary, HighCom Technology Pty Ltd, has received an order of AUD$1.41 million including GST
(AUD$1.28 million excluding GST) from Defence under the current Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (SUAS)
Support Contract (Order). This is a subsequent order of spares to the one announced on 24 June 2026. The
Order will be completed in FY27.

Note: The AUD value of the Order has been calculated using a $0.715 exchange rate from US dollars.
